This document constitutes a public offer. Using the website and placing an order means full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Customer.

The online store WD-40.com.ua operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Orders can be placed via the website or through a store manager. Order confirmation is sent by phone or email.

All prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia. The Company reserves the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice.

If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be offered an alternative or the order will be canceled upon agreement.

Payment can be made using the methods available on the website, including bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Delivery is available throughout Ukraine via courier services or self-pickup. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.

Returns and exchanges are performed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” within 14 calendar days.

Warranty obligations are provided according to manufacturer policies. Warranty terms should be уточed at the time of purchase.

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
